Quality Tanks
Mild steel, stainless steel, titanium, polypropylene, PVC, and PVDF — any material, any size. Molded corners, butt-welded seams, and high-frequency electronic testing of every weld before delivery.
Custom Built Hoods & Ductwork
If fume removal is a must, we design, manufacture, and install hoods and duct to fit your needs. Partial and complete systems in all sizes — built custom for each job so it fits perfectly.
The Eliminator
A dry system with periodic wash down — water is returned to the tank it serves. Chrome doesn't build up in the duct or hood, reducing cleaning and saving on blower costs. Used in the Bay Area for over 15 years. Recommended for Hard Chrome.
Secondary Containment & Flooring
The Ameriplate system — prefabricated steel walls anchored to concrete and lined with 3/32″ PPVC impervious to all plating chemicals. No modifications to existing floor. Easily expanded or removed.
Machining / CNC Work
Lathe, mill, and CNC mill for custom one-of-a-kind parts — including specialty plastic screws and nuts for use around chemicals, and replacement parts for older equipment.
Electroless Nickel Systems

Founded in 1978 and family-owned by Michael Datus, Datco has been serving the plating industry from Anderson, California for over four decades. We combine traditional fabrication expertise with modern CAD design and CNC machining — and back every piece of equipment we manufacture with a one-year warranty.
